WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST YOU?

It's Free! We all don't like having to pay for shipping charges. After all, it should be covered by the seller right?

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE?

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis and economies & operations negatively impacted all around the world, shipping times may take longer than expected and a delay of 2-4 weeks can occur. We will notify you within 24 hours of placing an order if your product will be delayed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

We will provide you with a tracking number within 1-2 days of receiving your order. We usually use Grabcar and Lalamove for faster delivery time. Otherwise, we also use J&T, LBC, and Ninjavan which will depend on the most efficient way to deliver your package.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

We will contact you before sending the package. We will try 3 times to reach you before deciding to try sending the package again the next day.

MISSING PACKAGE(S)?

1) Has one of your family members picked up your item?

2) Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
3) Call your delivery carrier and ask them about your package
